Payment
can be made by credit card, cheque
or postal / money order. P&P is included in all prices.

CREDIT
CARD PAYMENT
Please
note that we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and
American Express only through the Web site.
To
order by credit card, do the following:
1. Click
on the Dollar price next to the garment of your choice
and this will transfer you to a shopping cart system. This
software
runs in secure mode using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.
2. Continue
shopping or 'check-out' by pressing the Checkout button.
3. After
pressing the Checkout button, you will collect your shipping
and billing information in secure mode.
4. If
you place an order, we will confirm your order by telephone
or e-mail and give you the opportunity to convey any special
instructions or answer any queries that you may have.
All
prices for credit card transactions are listed in Dollars.
CHEQUES & MONEY
ORDERS
Cheques
or Money Orders should be in UK Pounds Sterling and be
made payable to McCornack Country Knitwear.
To use this method, use the The
XE.com Universal Currency Converter to check the current
UK Pounds Sterling price for your chosen product.
Then contact Nessie
Allan directly or use the Order
Form; print it out, fill in the details and send it
along with your payment to:

DELIVERY
Garments
will normally take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive.
We
will advise you when a delivery is about to be made and
if you have paid by credit card, this is when your card will
be billed.
CANCELLATION
/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders
can be cancelled prior to despatch. Our products are all
of the highest high quality - however, we are happy to exchange
garments if notified within seven days of the receipt of
goods.
Please note that for overseas exchanges there will be a charge of £10.00 to cover additional postage costs.
WHOLESALE
If
you are ordering more than 5 garments, please contact Nessie
Allan directly to discuss wholesale prices and courier delivery.
 McCornack Country Knitwear use UPS to deliver all bulk goods
outwith the UK. UPS will bill the receiver of the goods -
we will advise you of this cost when you place a bulk order.
You can then track your parcel using the UPS
Web Site.
