The class is a blend of yoga styles. I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, but have since studied in other styles of yoga and movement, including workshops and teacher trainings with Donna Farhi and Mimi Kuo-Deemer. I am also qualified as a Somatic Exercise Coach in the school of Hanna Somatics.

Monday Night Film ClubFrom 7pm at Robert Burns Centre Film Theatre, Mill Road, Dumfries. DG2 7BE
Each Monday from mid-September through to the end of May we screen a new release title (occasionally a classic re-release) on a Monday evening. Prior to the film, a customer or staff member will introduce the film, often giving some background to the director or actors and / or provide some context as to the storyline. Then the film is shown and afterwards there’s a discussion about what everyone has watched. Free tea and coffee is made available.
